Percival John married Heather Gertrude Crawford at Lewisham N.S.W. 8 Nov, 1941. Heather was born at Culcairn N.S.W. 16 Oct, 1918. They have one daughter and two sons;

Dianne Winifred: born at Petersham N.S.W. 17 Jun, 1944;
Peter John: born 25 Feb, 1947;
Neil Lawrence: born 19 Dec, 1949 at Wollongong.
