FOURTH CHILD OF JAMES.
Norman married Helen, twin daughter of the late Andrew and Beatrice Murphy of
Burraweeda, Mungindi on 6 Apr, 1956 at Moree and they made their home at "Green
Knobby", Muswellbrook where they still reside. Norman also was a keen
sportsman, playing cricket and tennis and being involved with both clubs while
at Boomi. He was also a keen horseman following the show circuits, having a
good team of campdrafters and sports horses generally. He became a
committeeman with Muswellbrook Race Club and the show society. He now drives
busses for a Muswellbrook company.
There are two daughters in the family, both born in Singleton.
