Barbara Elizabeth (Betty) married Noel, only child of Cecil and Lucy Johnson at Bingara 29 Jan, 1972.
Noel was born 26 Dec, 19?? and they have one child:

• Peter William: born 12 Mar, 1975 at Bingara.

Betty attended Boomi Public School then Tamworth and Moree High Schools. She worked in Sydney for a time then returned to Bingara where she has lived ever since. She and Noel operate a small bus company having two school runs and she also does some charter work, mainly with school tours as she has great rapport with young people.
